          What Are Your Payment Terms

          We require payment of deposit (as specified in your quotation) in order to secure your preferred moving/collection date. We will then forward our confirmation of acceptance and pro-forma invoice which is required to be settled in full prior to removal, unless you have an account.

          If your employer is paying we require confirmation by email or letter (on company stationary) prior to removal that they agree to settle our removal invoice. No deposit is required.

          As a FIDI accredited international mover (FAIM) we work to recognised standards, ensuring that your goods will be handled carefully & professionally from start to finish.

          As a member of The Specialised Overseas Group of The British Association of Removers (BAR) we are regularly assessed and are bound by The International Movers Mutual Insurance Company Limited (IMMI) Advance Payment Guarantee Scheme, for our customers financial protection.

          In the unlikely event of financial failure of a member , the association will appoint a new member to undertake your contract at no additional expense. IMMI is the only authentic scheme of its kind offering total protection against insolvency.
